Device Repair & Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing a fault with your PC or Laptop, we are here to help. We repair all devices and cover both the software and hardware.
Remote Support
Some problems don’t require a call out engineer. If your device is running slow, needs updating, has a virus or if you require some training support, then give our friendly team a call. We will advise the best route to take.
Call Out Engineer
The unfortunate has happened, and you need an engineer to visit. We cover a 10-mile radius, which includes; Croydon, Purley, Caterham, Addiscombe, Beckenham. Area not listed? Don’t worry, chances are we can still visit! Call our team for more details.
MOT
Computers can have a health check too. As part of this service we will clean the operating system and optimse for its best performance, clean out all the fans and reapply thermal paste on your CPU (Processor).

PAT Testing
PAT testing is an important part of making sure your electrical items are safe. We can carry out these tests for you and provide a certificate confirming PASS or FAIL.
How long would the certifcate be vaild
This depends on the appliance we test. Some require retests every 6 months whilst others need not again for 12 months. We always recommend a yearly test of all appliances.
